Leslie Vorpahl arrives in London following two years in Hungry, where last season, the San Antonio native played for DVTK Hun Therm in the FIBA EuroCup. Vorpahl graduated from Tulane University after a storied career for the Green Wave, becoming only the second player in Tulane University Women’s Basketball history to reach both 1,000 career points (1,255) and 500 career assists (558). She is one of just three players in the programme’s history to record more than 200 assists in a season, having dished out 201 assists in her senior year. In her last season in the NCAA, 2016-2017, Leslie Vorpahl was the recipient of the American Athletic Conference Sportsmanship Award and an ACC All-Conference 3rd Team selection.
