History

Gran Canaria, a Liga ACB club in its 14th EuroCup campaign. Founded in 1963, the Las Palmas-based outfit reached the EuroCup finals in 2015, led by former All-EuroCup center Walter Tavares.

Throughout their history in the 7Days EuroCup, the former Spanish Basketball Supercup champions have reached the quarter-finals four times, the semi-finals twice and achieved one finals birth in 2015.

Gran Canaria lost the 2015 finals 174–130 over a two-game aggregate series [old format]. The Spanish club lost Game One, 91-66 and Game Two, 83-64.
